DPG Window Glass Repair

Derek was a pleasure to work with and super professional. My husband and I are in the process of getting our house ready for sale and some of our windows has fogged between the glass layers. This was something we needed to address before listing our home. I researched on yelp and Angie’s list and found quite a few people who offered window glass repair services. I noticed that Derek didn’t have reviews but decided to call him anyway. I canceled my other two appointment with other vendors for estimates after speaking with Derek, as he was available to come in sooner than the other two. We found him to be super knowledgeable and he knows a great deal about the whole home window industry. He answered every question I had thoughtfully and thoroughly. He arrived on time and was super responsive and easy to get ahold of every step of the way. He kept us informed at every point, from the measuring to the ordering of the glass to when the glass arrived. Installation of the new glass went quickly and smoothly and we could not love our ‘new’ windows more than I can say. They are perfectly clear and clean. So glad we went this route and not with entirely new and expensive replacement windows.
