The installation was ok, although Dave Decker was difficult to reach because he didn't answer my phone call until the 2nd or 3rd message. Although the installation was fine,the product wasn't, because it caused pooling of water against the house. My complaint about Decker is his lack of response when I had a problem with the RainTube. He had agreed to remove it, but never did, and then would not return my phone calls or emails I was disappointed in his lack of response, and because of that I cannot recommend him.
