I recommend Bioclean. We had a pipe rupture leaking 65K gallons of water throughout our facility. Within 1 hour, Tim and his crew were there remedying the situation.

Tim was really great to work with.  I had my hot water heater break on Christmas Day! Tim was out the very next day. He was awesome!
His team was very professional, neat and effective.  They got everything out in one day and Tim was on the ball ever day after that.
He continually inspected and check moisture levels, etc. (as required by insurance) and did this all between the week of Christmas and New Years!  I really appreciated his professionalism and overall manner.  This company is very effective, efficient and worth it!  Thanks Tim!

After the initial set up, Tim came every day to monitor the drying rate and to check on the equipment. He knew how to connect the equipment so that it would not overload the circuts. He took air humidity measurements every visit to monitor the overal removal of moisture. On the second day, he re applied biocide to the drying areas. He re-tested and did some further testing for moisture content in the walls and mapped out where moisture existed (thankfully, nothing showed up in the walls). The project lasted for 4 full days and we eneded up with a dry basement. Tim was very responsive to questions and had several suggestions also.
