I got three estimates total, and I checked references on all the companies, Rick of RW Construction came in at the best price and had the best references regarding quality. Rick also gave an estimate on time and he finished in that time frame and within budget. He also lived up to his reputation of quality work - we were amazed at it!
I know some contractors have trouble communicating to their customers while on the job, but that's not the case at all here. He was very good about communication and kept us informed about what he was doing, and he also asked questions if he wasn't sure about something. All of which resulted in an extraordinary finished product!
