Their service was good and they came out on a Sunday. I purchased their service plan, but when tech fixed the problem. He said with the 20% discount the part was only $200. It was a $12 part. I understand that they need to make money, but I was left with an impression of dishonesty from the company. I doubt I will trust them in the future.

Dave did a great job, he explained what caused our Heat pump to stop working. We bought this unit last June 2019 . So we were very upset when the unit stopped working, it was so hot and Dave had to go up into our attic / crawl space. That was super hot, but he was able to find the problem and get our unit to work. We are very thankful for having Dave as our technician. Dave came Monday evaluated my system for repair. I ask for information to replace instead because of a prescient leak and possible over stressed system. Jerry came Tuesday. I decided to place with a 2 1/2 ton unit 3 ton to better fit home needs. I had an air cleaning unit added. I also had mini split unit installed in garage. The four man crew came Wednesday installed very thing plus cleaned the ductwork. I am very pleased. The compressor unit much quieter than the old, hardly hear it. By the way this is all done with the Coronavirus social distance thing. Very one did extremely well.

We were so happy to learn thet the repair for our unit was covered under the warranty.
