If you explain to them exactly what kind of cut you wanted, they would find somebody that would do it. My dog was a Westie. Westies get like a show cut and everybody can't do that. I like PetSmart for that stuff. They didn't always have a groomer that knew how to do the cut that I was trying to get. Other than that, most of them knew most of the parts of the grooming like shampooing and cutting the nails. But, that was my concern. I wanted it done a certain way and I wanted the dog to look a certain way. They didn't always have that available. They were more expensive than my original person, but she retired. She was $30 and they were $10 more. They were available. PetSmart is always open. They called you back when the dog was done. They were professional.

I feel like pet supplies are overpriced in general, but the employees are nice.

The grooming process should be improved - they don't disclose all of the prices and don't do a good job overall.

They have always done a beautiful job. She is always cut how I have asked. She's never had a cut or razor burn. Very nice staff.

My dog is very overweight and they are good with her. We have the same girl and she is very patient with my dog. It is hard for my dog to stand up, she is 13 years old. The groomer is very gentle with her.
