Description of Work: the tech who came was very thorough,h professional, replaced my thermostat, then introduced/explained thoroughly about their program to me to their 1 year maintenance program 20% discount on the furnace and another 20% when I added plumbing for a total of $43 a month I took advantage of their service and this company came back after the program requirements were met to clean and recheck the furnace , came back on a emergency service call when the furnace motor fizzled out and replaced the furnace motor cost to me was $8.00 for the difference of the motor since I'm with their maintenance program that is all I had to pay believe me it saved me $500 you cant go wrong with this company and its maintenance program and since I am pleased with their service I will renew this again next year Thank You so much one hour heating and plumbing you saved me a lot of money ! I hope the "A" in the responses pertaining to the ratings mean EXCELLENT because its true this service with one hour heating and plumbing is excellent "NO HOME SHOULD BE WITHOUT IT!"

Description of Work: Impossible to deal with. Tried to cancel monthly contract which I have proof that it was cancelled within 30 days and still can not get refund of payments. Talking with and emailing this company is a joke. Never got any responses. They still owe me money.
