"Dear member , Thank you for the review .Our goal is to always give customers the option to repair or replace .The repair option would not exist unless the technicians were well trained and professional .A correct diagnosis is important on many levels .Refrigerant (freon) leaks must be repaired by law ,plus it is the right thing to do .Leaks also create huge inefficiencies and other damages that result in high utility bills and potential property damage from water leaks .Not only is the refrigerant expensive ,an adjustment of the refrigerant charge and leak search get costly as well .Sometimes a high efficiency ,fully guarantted ,new system is the best investment but is it not good to have the option ? "Dear Member, Good to hear we got you back in business in short order.Main line blockages are big trouble and a real pain when the entire family is involved .I do agree with your husband though,emergency service work is expensive when compared to planned and scheduled repairs .Main sewer lines seldom give warning there is a problem until they clog completely ,our staff understands these type of situations require the highest priority.Hopefully you were able to view the camera images of your sewer line from the inside.
