I cannot say enough about them. I still have the dishwasher and the refrigerator bought from them running like they are brand new. Whatever they sell, they service it. Their service department knows what they are doing. They are very prompt. They are courteous. Their prices are fair. They are a family owned business and they have been in business for quite a few years. I will definitely go back to them when I am ready for the next set.

I called LH Brubaker's immediately after a bad experience with another company. The receptionist was pleasant, and professional. I was asked several questions such as model and serial number of the machine so a pre-diagnosis could be made, which would allow the technician to bring appropriate parts and materials to fix the machine on site. An appointment was set for Monday. The technician arrived promptly, and was able to diagnose the problem immediately. Considering the issue was the transmission of the machine, which would be a significant bill, the technician provided us with a few options. We have chosen to use the machine until it dies, then we will definitely purchase a new one from this company. On a side note, the other company told us we needed new brakes or clutch on the machine only to find out this model does not have brakes! We were thrilled with LH Brubaker, and will continue to use them in the future.
