Jennifer Figlio is an outstanding real estate agent. She is organized, professional, energetic, and wonderful to work with. I asked her to take a look at our home several months before our move to give me tips on what to update or upgrade to make it easier to sell. She gave me great ideas and I implemented all of them. She is terrific about being in touch with the client - we emailed, phoned, or texted throughout the home sale process. She also knows the Lancaster market well. When it was time to list the house, she took excellent photos of every room for the online listing and the printed marketing materials. She worked hard to get all the photos just right - best angle, best lighting etc. to show the house and its rooms to best advantage. We had five showings the first day it was listed and WE SOLD IT THE FIRST DAY. I have no doubt this was due in large part to Jennifer's hard work and expertise in marketing our home. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to sell their home in the Lancaster area. The easiest part of our whole moving process was working with Jennifer Figlio! She is great!
