 + 0 moreJim Smith (the owner) was professional when doing the estimate, looked at the floors more closely than anyone else. We were confident that his estimate was accurate, as he studied the floors, transitions, etc. rather than simply measuring the size of each room. He started and finished the job on time, the house was completely cleaned of dust from sanding and the floors (which are about 100 years old and had not be refinished in decades) looked beautiful. We were thrilled with the professionalism and workmanship. He also communicated with us when needed (e.g. to let us know when to avoid the house to allow the finish to dry).
Description of Work: Refinished wood pine floors.
