We didn't get the job done at all. We got other estimates, but we couldn't afford to get the work done at all. They have a nice showroom, and he came out to our house twice, with different samples and options. He's very professional. He seemed like a guy who worked on repeat business from his clients. He had very prompt appointments that were easily available. It was easy to reach him. He was very prompt about answering phone calls and any questions.
