I had a leaky bathroom faucet.  I saw an Angie's List deal for $35 to diagnose the issue and $50 credit toward the repair.  Sounded perfect!  I was contacted and a plumber came out to assess.  He was unable to fix the issue at the time and said he needed to order a part.  
4 weeks later, I had not received any follow-up whatsoever.  I sent an email inquiring about the status of the parts.  Another 9 days went by before I received a response.  Finally a follow-up visit was scheduled and a plumber returned.  But guess what.... he could not fix it!  Leaky faucet seemed like a simple fix for a professional plumbing service, but I guess not.

Terrible!! Used this after hours service and got burned for 265.00. This is what they charged me to just come out and look at the electric box. Was told wire going into box was 100 amp but box ired for 200 amp and graciously offered to replace the entire box the next day for 2500 + dollars. Said would be a 2 person job. Person left house without doing anything more than walking away with my money. Was there less than half hour. Wish I made 530.00 an hour.

The Big Deal was rather misrepresented. They acted like they were given me a great value, but my bill ended up being over $400. They said they were given me a great deal because the Big Deal didn't include my type of water heaters. The figures were juggled around. It was way overpriced and I wouldn't do it again. They did fine work. It was very tidy. I just had the feeling I was overcharged.
