The initial contact with this company was good, until we signed on the dotted line February 1, 2013. We terminated the contract do to negligence on the part of Frank Doman property manager. He asked us if we wanted to post the property for rent with the old pictures from the old listing. Since extensive remodeling was done we strongly expressed to Frank that we certainly didn't want to do that. He said that would be fine and we decided to sign as we felt comfortable as we came to a consensus. We told him that we would send him pictures in a week or two as we were in the middle of a move and he agreed. Two weeks later we sent an email with the pictures. We recieved his email stating that its been posted online with the old pictures! Its also important to note that he stated the first two weeks are the most vital. We strongly urged him to correct this major problem. He updated the pictures but completely out of order and jumping from room to room and back to rooms that were shown prior. His attitude about the whole thing was 'I really dont care'. I called to talk to his boss and insted of agreeing with the customer and apologizing he said the old pictures were nice. Old pictures that looked they were from 1879 insted of the modern 2013 stainless steal updated look that sells on todays market. We decided to hire an attorney and end our relationship. keep away from American Heritage! There were other issues but no need to go further. There are many options in Lancaster for property management companies so do your shopping. We ended up going with Clover while we were also strongly considering another company 'something and Kline' they seemed very good as well so do your homework and be a wise consumer...
