About us
Recently Licensed by the State of Florida as a Mold Assessor (MRSA1999), Michael has been working in the indoor air quality field since 1989, when he founded his first company. His present company was founded in 1997 and incorporated in January, 1998, as M&M Keller, Inc. with Air Quality Solutions (AQS) as a d/b/a entity. He serves as the President and sole owner of the corporation, also as the consultant, chief inspector and trainer. Michael has supervised and overseen a project manager and another consultant-in-training. He has provided litigation support for several cases involving matters of air quality, including wrongful death, non-disclosure of defects in Real Estate, and existing water and mold damage. Over time, the industry focus, while still on IAQ or Indoor Air Quality, has become more broad and is also referred to as Indoor Environmental Quality or IEQ. As the industry is maturing, he has become certified in several areas of indoor environmental / air quality and has been recognized by the court system as an expert in his field. He has attained certification as a Council-Certified Indoor Environmental Consultant, a Mold Remediator and in Water Damage and Fire, Smoke & Odor. Additionally, he is a certified trainer and distributor for the Anabec System of mold remediation products. He conducts inspections, analytical air, surface, and bulk-sampling services submitted via evidentiary chain-of-custody to various accredited laboratories. His work includes biologicals (mold, bacteria, etc), Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), fume & oil mists, particulates, heavy metals, and etc. He works residentially, commercially, and industrially. He and his company provide many additional services and products including, building restoration, water damage restoration, structural drying, mold remediation, duct cleaning, air purification, ventilation equipment, centralized dehumidification, and other related indoor environmental services and products.
