We had an addition put on by the original contractor. He did a poor job. So John came to our house and diagnosed it and went up took of the ten by ten roof and rebuilt it. He put pitch on the roof and barge boards around and put new gutters. Our leaks were fixed. He was incredibly clean. Every time he came he had to do a hole punching in the ceiling to find where the water was coming from. He came with his own vacuum cleaner. Everything and every day the whole thing was swept and vacuumed. When he finished the work it was like nobody was in there. He knew his stuff and took a lot of pride in doing the job a right way. It was expensive but for the price we got great work done.
