Personnel both on the phone and conducting the repairs were polite, professional, and efficient. Problem was diagnosed quickly - a part had to be ordered, but once the part arrived the follow up appointment was scheduled quickly and the repair completed. Would definitely use Ace again!

It took two visits; one to assess the problem situation and one to replace the part after Ace ordered a replacement. Everyone I spoke with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Repairmen came on time and called to let me know they were on their way.

I originally called on a Monday. I read the error code and message when I called for service. Service was schedule for between 9am-12pm that Wednesday. We received a call mid-morning saying that tech would now arrive between 12pm-2pm. At 1:15pm, we called to confirm the tech would be coming. We were assured that they would be there by 2pm. At 2:20pm, we called and said that we had to reschedule since the tech was still not on his way. We rescheduled to the following Monday. The tech came out, looked at the error code, and told my husband that we needed a new fan. My husband pointed out that I gave the error code when I called for service. The tech said that he needed to confirm the code before ordering the part. The part would be another 2wks and cost $525. It cost $95.35 for them to just come out and read the code that I already gave them over the phone. My husband called around. We had the part in a much shorter time frame, and the part and repair only cost $198. We just moved this summer and had used this provider at least a half a dozen times at our previous house. We thought they were expensive due to our high-end appliances, but this is a GE oven and they were still expensive. We hadn't comparison shopped in the past, since this is was the company recommended by the place were bought our appliances. I called the company and spoke to a manager to complain about the way the call was handled...from waiting for a repairman that never showed, to not ordering the part when I called originally, to charging us $95.35 to come to our house and read the error code that we had provided over the phone. I was calm and just stated all the facts. He claimed that the tech had to check the oven to make sure it wasn't a faulty switch before ordering a part. I said that the tech didn't check anything on the oven except the error code. When I said that we ended up using a different company that was able to perform the repair quicker, he said that it sounded like I had found a new company that I was happy with. I pointed out that we had used Acequite a bit in the past and that us having a different company complete the repair wasn't the point. I said the point was how badly they failed from the beginning to end of the service process. He said that clients come and clients go. I was infuriated. He didn't offer an apology or say that he'll look at their processes or even pretend to care. He finally asked what I wanted. I said that I wanted acknowledgement that they screwed up multiple times throughout the process, and I wanted a refund of the $95.35. He said that he would have to talk to the person who was in charge of this call to find out what happened and that I'd receive a call back next week. Based on his lack of acknowledgement that anything may have been handled poorly with this service call, I'm not expecting anything except more frustration at his lack of customer service IF he happens to call me back next week.

"Hi, I would like to apologize for the scheduling issues and the way your call was handled. We do not stock the fan motor for your Whirlpool oven and prior to ordering any parts we like to verify what parts are needed. When parts are ordered they usually arrive in a day or two. We are a Factory Authorized Servicer and only use factory parts, which are more expensive. If the cooling fan was replaced by the other company you mentioned and they installed a new factory part, then you got an exception price on that repair, considering the price of the part is more than you paid for the total repair including labor. Please send us a copy of the repair from the other company so we can show our technician what was done and avoid any issues like this in the future. I have spoken to our service manager who is handling your complaint and he assured me he has talked with you and will be refunding the service call you paid. Again please accept my apologize for the way this was handled. If in the future you have any problems or question please give me a call. Thank you, Rodger"

Sent message through Angie's List and received prompt call back to schedule service. Technician arrived on time and was careful to put down mats and protect everything and was able to quickly find the problem and fix. Scheduling person and technician were very friendly and easy to work with through the whole process. I was very happy and will definitely call them for future appliance repair needs.

We scheduled multiple visits with them (at least 3), which required changing our schedules so that we would be available when they arrived. 
Each time they called a day or two before and had to cancel the meeting.  The last time I spoke with them there was a 'yeah... we are really busy this summer and can't keep up with our commitments...." excuse. 
We ended up going with another provider who came the next day.

The cities we service are listed on the website on the "where we service" page. The website was recently upgraded and I do not see Fairless Hills listed but will verify with our web designer and make any corrections necessary."

Service was great. Company gave a time window in morning, called 40 mins in advance, showed up on time. Technician was professional and efficient. Job was completed within half hour. This is second time I've recently used this outfit and I'd highly recommend.

It turned out that I was mistaken that the washer needed repair, and of course I did have to pay for the service call. However, the repair man was very nice, explained use and care of the machine to me, and the company not only got a repairman out to me the next day so the repair could be done before Thanksgiving, but gave me a 2 hour window and came right on time. I'm still kicking myself over not understanding the dishwasher settings, but I have nothing but good things to say about Ace's service.

Very poorly. I scheduled a forth appointment to fix the same problem they could not fix the first 3 times. Asked for 1st thing in the morning which was 8 AM. At 9:15 I had to called them and they said they had a tech call out sick and my tech would not be there until at least 10AM.They refused to schedule some one at a time convenient to me after I lost 2 hours of work. They offered no solutions.

They didn't show up. When I called they cut me off while I was talking. When I called back the service provider said he was behind. I let them know I would not be here so we have to reschedule. I asked them 'do you want this job or not' and they said 'well no, I do not need this job. I gave them a 4 hour window to come to my home and they never showed up or call me. He did not care about his reputation. I will never call them again
