The transaction was great. I will order firewood from this provider again in the future. I ordered 2 cords of unseasoned oak in April 2014, and was told that the wood would be delivered in mid June, and I would receive a call the day before. Solid Fuels called on Sunday evening and confirmed delivery the next day.
The wood was dumped in a single pile exactly where I instructed and marked.
I stacked and measured the wood. It was about 40 sticks over 2 cords and exactly as advertised (I ordered unseasoned 100% oak.) I also picked up about 1 1/2 trash cans of bark and small pieces to use for fire starting.
I will be calling this vendor soon to place another order for next year.
