I woke up and more than half of the electric in my house was not working (overhead lighting, heat). I wasn't sure if this was due to a storm that came through over night or something more serious. I called Len and explained my situation, expressing concern and confusion and he agreed to come by and take a look. He was there in 20 minutes with another gentleman, checked the box in the basement and ran some tests on the meter outside. It was determined that one of the and quot;phasesand quot; were out and said I would need to call the utility company. Not only did he provide me their number but offered to wait while I called them so that I could explain his diagnosis properly. Though there was nothing else he could do, he said, and quot;You have my cell, so if you need any more help, don't hesitate to call me.and quot;
He arrived quickly, worked efficiently, and in my opinion, went the extra mile and I would not hesitate to use him again in the future.

Lenny Dicton is the owner. He came out last Friday. He's done few factors and he's run lines. He is great. There are no dislikes. He is very good. If it's an emergency, he comes right away. He is very pleasant, experienced and friendly. He was more expensive than it should be.
