Everything went well from beginning to end. Salesman Dan was prompt, professional, honest, thorough and responded quickly to questions. Because we live in a townhome, we had to wait about 8 weeks for 'approval' from our board. Even though we agreed to have the work done, our deposit was not charged until we alerted Window World of our approval. We received a quote from another company which was twice as much as Window World. Once our windows arrived, we were able to set up delivery within a week. On the day of installation we were called twice to confirm arrival time. Two installers showed up on time, and completed the job in approximately 8 hours. It's only been a week and a half, but so far so good. There are no drafts, everything seems to fit like a glove and looks great!

we have yet to compare with others, but so far they are the least expensive, by a good margin.  We are now investigating the quality of the product, the installation, and the company (hence the Angie search).
