My name is Brian Walt, Owner/CEO of Walt 3D LLC! Walt 3D LLC was started out of necessity once I realized the valuable asset that 3D design and 3D printing is to individuals and small companies that need help bringing new ideas and products to life. From there Walt 3D LLC began providing manufacturing and importing to either have your custom product made in bulk from a variety of manufacturing techniques (injection molding, casting, stamping. . .) or the ability to customize already existing products (phone cases, clothing, phone accessories and many other items) to allow you to start a brand or add a new product line to you your brand or company. We only use quality manufacturers that meet our high standards but provide us with the lowest possible price to allow us to maximize your profits. Below are some of our capabilities: Computer Aided Design (CAD): If you have an idea or design on paper but don't know how to bring it to life it is ok! We can help. Computer aided design allows us to take your idea or hand drawn sketch and convey that information onto a computer screen. Allowing us to make an accurate 3D representation of your idea or hand drawing, edit/update it on the fly and add precise dimensions to fit your needs and applications. Once the design is made we can test parts in stress simulations or real world environments and use these sketches to produce the information needed to make molds and files needed for 3D printing. 3D Printing: Using our 3D printers we can now model the designs we have created to help bring your idea to life. Whether it be a design we made for your or your own CAD file we can print it for your using a variety of materials and colors to one again fit any need or application you may have. Prototyping: Combined with 3D printing we can prototype your idea. Building the internals of your product using third part already made pieces (wires, screens, lights, heat pads. . .) combined with 3D printing to assemble a working prototype of whatever it may be that you need. Manufacturing: Once done with the prototyping stage we can now take the design and the prototype we made for your or the ones your brought to us and have that product/pieces manufactured in full scale. We can do this one of two ways. Manufacture it in the United States or over sea's in China. Both have their benefits and problems but this is something we can help you decide which is best for you. Additionally if you are looking to have custom pieces made of already existing items like phone cases or other small items like this we can work without manufacture to save you money and create custom products with your company's logo on them. Importing: Once the pieces are designed and manufactured we can aid in the logistics to getting them to you. Whether it be by sea for massive orders or by air for smaller ones we can help you figure out all the logistics. Once again we can also aid in finding and importing already manufactured products that you are looking to brand or make up the price to turn a profit on. Essentially we are the supplier that can help meet all your needs and expectations We really have no limitations to what we can print or design; it can be anywhere from prototyping parts, to creating art pieces that are unique to a client's request. Any job you have that involves modeling, drafting or 3D printing we can do it for you. As well as designing, we can also manufacture your product in the states or overseas and organize the importing or shipping of your product to you. We are a one stop shop supplier and designer that can help you bring any idea, big or small to life.
