Service was great from beginning to end. Jon was on-time, knowledgeable, friendly. He took the time to carefully assess the issues and came up with the solution. He even vacuumed the treadmill and wiped it down before he left. Jon knows his products. I recommend 100%.

Treadmill Fixation is an outstanding company. I called and scheduled an appointment for the time I wanted the following week. Our Nordic Track is several years old and had not been serviced before, so I didn't know if it needed more then just routine maintenance. Jon arrived on time and did an excellent job. He was an expert on all aspects of the treadmill from the mechanical systems to the electronics. He was very professional and extremely thorough in checking out all aspects of the treadmill's performance. He adjusted the belt, incline motor, calibrated the display, and checked the speed by running on the treadmill. He cleaned everything and the treadmill looked and worked like a brand new machine when he was finished. He also provided advice on how to take care of the treadmill. The price was exactly as quoted and there was no additional work required. I highly recommend Treadmill Fixation - they are honest and upfront about their services and pricing and they do an excellent job. I'll definitely call them again.

John assessed EVERYTHING and then... lubed and adjusted the walking belt, adjusted the drive belt tension, secured the front roller pulley, realigned the motor controller, cleaned the rollers, and vacuumed the machine (and surrounding floor!). He was very thorough and polite. I believe he takes pride in his work =)

Very well and very fast service

The phone receptionist, Shirley, was very patient with me and worked hard to get me an application ASAP. The technician, John, arrived exactly on time. He was polite, professional, and worked extremely hard to resolve the problem with our clunky elliptical. The cost was quite reasonable. I would do business with them again in a heartbeat. Excellent business.

Fast, efficient and straightforward service.

Very well! Jon, the technician, diagnosed the problem fairly quickly (a bad rear roller) and repaired it a week later. The excessive treadmill noise disappeared! He also cleaned and lubricated the unit.

They were very friendly and flexible with coming out to fix our treadmill. They took care of everything they found that could possibly be adjusted on the treadmill and it works great now!

The repair man was great.  He looked at the machine for only a few seconds and then informed us that the wheel had broken and that we would need to order one.  He gave us the website address to order it ourselves (no middloe man), and then told us that we could set another service appointment to put the wheel on, or we could install it ourselves and save the cost of another appointment.  While we still had to pay for the diagnostic appointment, the technician indicated that for roughly $30 more he could service and lubricate the machine (which it sorely needed).  All in all, it was a great experience, and far less money than I had anticipated.

My treadmill is working better than ever.  It was easy to make an appointment and the follow up was prompt and efficient.  I hope I won't need service any time soon, but would definitely call them again.

Arrived on time. Spent about an hour. Took the treadmill apart, re-aligned the piece and addressed some faulty bolts. Was very informative and helpful. Tested the treadmill thoroughly before he left. Very professional, informative, and efficient.

Jon did a great  job. He didn't pressure me to replace an item that was still functioning though at less than capacity and was honest and clear about  what to expect in the immediate future. He was helpful, informative, courteous and represented himself professionally. I would definitely use their services again if needed.

TreadmillFixation  tech at my house sooner than I expected because they had a cancellation.  The technician was competent, professional and did an excellent job on my treadmill.  He was a good diagnostician and sized up the problem quickly.  I had a good experience all around with the service but most of all the treadmill worked like new.

Very good work. The head technician who communicated with me all along was excellent. He obviously knew what he was doing. Very efficient work. Done quickly, great job and he left the area cleaner than when he got there. Arrived right on time. Cost was exactly what they had quoted.
