Mike is great! We had a pipe burst this winter and the insurance IA estimate only covered 1/3 of the estiamtes from the contractor. So we had to look for PA. A lot of PA don't accept cases which are in the middle of the claims. However, Mike is very helpful and he likes to fight for the consumers. He accepted our case in the middle of the process and got us $12K more so that we can have all of the repair done. We did not contract with him on the mitigation cost, but he also helped the mitigation company to get their claims. Although it was not a pleasant experience with the mitigation company, he helped us a lot to go through the details and we decided to fight back with the mitigation company. Mike is always responsive and answers questions promptly. I don't wish to have another house accident but I would call him at first if anything happens again! Thank you, Mike.

The fire happened on Friday July 26th, I called Claim Guide on July 27th(Sat.) Mike visited with us on Sunday the 28th. He explained what he could do for us and what a public adjuster does as we never before had been in this situation. Mike contacted my insurance company right away and set up a meeting for them to meet at the fire site. Mike met with the insurance company just three days after the fire. Mike then provided us with extensive spread sheet to list our possessions Mike also took many photos of our burned up home. Once we gave Mike our finished spread sheets Mike and his staff went over them and compared them to all the photos his company had taken. I can not count how many items Mike and his staff had photos of that my wife, my son and I had forgot to put on our list. To make a long story short Mike and his staff came in and helped us to maximize our policy. If we had not hired Claim Guide we would never have been able to do this intensive undertaking ourselves. I know that we would have lost thousands of dollars. Today is August 15 and our insurance company put the check (maximum pay-out for our policy) in the mail yesterday. Mike and his staff helped us through a very difficult time and we are thankful that we chose Claim Guide to handle our case. I would not hesitate to use Claim Guide if needed in the future. I would recommend to anyone who would ever need an adjuster to not hesitate and call Claim Guide. They are very, very good.

After Hurricane Sandy I filed a claim with the insurance company right away. It took them about six months to finally come back with a check that couldn't nearly cover the costs of the repair. I tried to work it out with the company myself but they said that was all they were going to cover. I contacted a few Public Adjusters and went with Claim Guide because of their professionalism and immediate insight into the complexities of dealing with insurance companies. Mike Kewer came out to the house and looked at the damage and knew right away he could reopen the case and get us the right amount due on the claim. I sent him all of the information and correspondence I already had with the insurance company and Mike contacted a third party to come out and test the roof shingles and make an independent assessment of the right material for replacement. He worked with the insurance company and within six weeks we received another check that more than doubled the amount that they originally offered. Claim Guide only received of a percentage of what the additional amount received from the company was and we came together on a percentage that I thought was fair and reasonable. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company at all after Claim Guide got involved. My only regret was that I didn't call Claim Guide right away after the storm! They were totally professional and any time we had to meet they worked around my schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone who may have an insurance claim issue.
