I went in looking for a velcro icepack for my knee (arthoscopic surgery last month). Sent to Camping Dept. Nothing there. Passing employee sent me across the store to Fitness Dept. Nothing there. Now no employees in the store at all except for checkout person. Walked back to front of store and just before exiting ran into manager-like person who offered to find item. Wrong item. Exited store. On front sidewalk found three employees chatting while store stood deserted.
