This project went extremely well. The workers were courteous and professional. We were informed of every step of the way. The office staff is courtwous and prompt with responses. The workmanship is top notch, and the pricing was fair when compared to other companies. I would recommend this company and would hire again.

When I looked at the fencing installed from a side view, the fence was contoured to the sloping of the yard. That was very impressive. The work was very well done.

We chose All Type Fence after exploring - visiting - receiving quotes from four different companies. They were not the cheapest or most expensive of the bunch, but did have the best product in my opinion. The project went extremely well, even though I asked for a couple modifications on the day of install. (and it was raining). The workers were accommodating, professional and courteous. After the install was complete, I am convinced we made the best decision to go wit ATF. Thanks!!!!!

They did an amazing job. Their field man came, Mike, came out twice, to figure out how to install the hand rail. The second time he brought his boss with him. He devised a design which was far superior to what was originally contemplated. And cheaper as well. All-Type-Fence worked with the township to obtain the necessary permit. Mike noticed in the township's original instructions that the fence would have to be set back 6 feet from the sidewalk. Mike contacted me and suggested the township property drawings probably had an error. So I contacted them, and after looking into it, Mike was right ! So we were able to put the fence closer to the sidewalk, realizing a much better look. Brenda in their office coordinated everything very efficiently making the entire project painless for us. The work was completed on the day agreed to and is of very high quality. We are delighted and can recommend All-Type-Fence to anyone. Best contractor we have ever used.

Although All Type Fence company was on the high end with regards to estimates that I received for about 200' of aluminum fencing (about $1000 higher than the next-lowest estimate), they were very easy and pleasant to work with through the estimate process. In particular, Phil was very responsive, arrived on time for the estimate, and was friendly. He provided me with a very prompt estimate. Especially in comparison to many of the other companies and individuals from whom I had requested estimates, he was extremely professional. I wish that their estimate had come in lower, as I would otherwise feel very comfortable having them do this work.

Rough and rocky start, but glad I continued with them. I chose this company over my 2nd opinion because they were cheaper by far. When they came to do the work I learned why. They only had the materials for HALF the patio and ONE side of the stairs. I don't know how that misunderstanding could have happened! I asked them to give me a new estimate for the WHOLE project and they were then no longer the cheaper of the two estimates, but not much different. So I asked them to match their competitor's price and they agreed. The railing itself is sturdy and looks nice, but a little banged up from the installation. - Take home points: Read the estimates VERY carefully. They leave them deliberately vague. Even after we had discussed how many posts I would actually need for my project (9 posts), the second estimate stated "posts at $200 each = $2000". I can do math! That is 10 posts not the 9 we discussed! - Overall I'm glad I continued to work with them rather than jumping ship. The railing looks nice and is sturdy. They didn't crack the stones of the patio. They were willing to work with me and negotiate down the price to meet their competitor. It did take several weeks longer because they had to order more materials, but we were not in a hurry so that didn't matter. Just read the estimates CAREFULLY and call and ask them about anything that is vague!

I went there first and then the guy came here. We set up an appointment and he was prompt. The price was low but I believe the quality of his products is high. He showed me examples of other fences he did.

It took an extremely long time to have the Deck and Fence installed. Installer stated it was too hot, but he never showed up until after 12 noon.

delivered exactly what they promised, crew arrive on time on the agreed-upon date , the guys were personable , professional and hard workers and stayed until they completed the job which was close dinner time. The fence is beautiful, cleanup was beyond my expectations and my family and I are smiling ear to ear would definitely recommend them again can't go wrong with this company .

The price was okay, but they did a good job. There were a couple of minor issues, but they did fix them. For instance, they didn't have enough of the fence caps so they had to come back out. We would use them again. They were flexible to any changes I wanted. The office personable were great and the installation was good!

Charlie, the estimator was punctual and very professional.  Unfortunately this company had a minimum labor charge which made the job too costly for me.  There was also a 4 week waiting time.  However, I would recommend this company.

They were prompt with coming out to inspect our fence and provide multiple estimates on completely replacing or repairing the fence. We decided to replace the portions damaged as that estimate seemed most reasonable. We made an appointment and were told someone able to make decisions must be home in case there were problems. My husband stayed home from work and no one showed up until 4:30pm. The guy replaced 2 rails and straightened a post in 1/2 hour and told my husband he was done for the day. This was a Wednesday. He wouldn't be back until Friday at the earliest. Someone showed up Friday and did 1/3 of the job quoted. We received a bill for $1000 showing items repaired and replaced which were not. When I questioned this bill, the office personnel did look into it, and I received a revised bill for $700.The office was told by the on-site worker that our fence was too damaged to repair. Why weren't we told this to begin with? When I explained how unsatisfied I was with this job and that I had no intention of providing their company anything better than an F on my review for Angie's List, they offered to have the owner come back out to review the matter. He promptly came out the next day and agreed the work should be completed as the estimate promised. We had to make a new appointment. Different workers came out and repaired almost all of the rails that were broken or damaged. We did find one that should have been replaced which wasn't. We have paid the original estimate cost of $1270. The owners were quite eager to make amends, but I think the first worker not showing up at a reasonable time to do work, leaving the job unfinished, and doing a poor job ruined their reputation in our eyes. I know we won't use this company again in the future.

I called on 5/5/2014 to get an estimate on replacing the railings & posts on my front porch. We made appointments that they had to cancel for various reasons--but that's ok because they did contact me in plenty of time to reschedule.  They came out on 5/14/2014 to measure the job.  They said they'd get back to me with an estimate.  It's now 5/27/2014 & I've heard nothing & I have no estimate. Maybe they didn't want to do the job but it would have been better for them to tell me that instead of ignoring me altogether.
