About us
Founded in 1987, and still operated by sole-proprietor John Lorenz. Superior service at a fair price has always been my aim when performing handyman services for the homeowner in the Delaware Valley. I have broadened my service area to about a 25 mile radius from Longwood Gardens, PA, including Chester, Delaware, New Castle, Cecil, and parts of Salem and Camden counties. My areas of expertise include painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and laundry lists of general repairs to satisfy home inspections, for sale and for rent preps, upgrades, and modernization.

Services we offer
We are skilled in multiple trades, you will find our low rates reasonable and competitive compared to trade specialists who charge a very high hourly rate or flat rate. We are local, experienced and hired by you directly, doing all the work ourselves to your satisfaction. We offer services in four broad areas including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. We offer many other services that go beyond these four. We enjoy doing laundry lists, pre-listing and post home inspection repairs.
Services we don't offer
We are not a big box chain store which typically has what seems initially low prices for products and labor, but using "whoever" they can get to do the work with mixed results to say the least. For your security we do not use migrant workers, sub-contractors, or laid off trades people. We are not a so-called "construction consultant" claiming to match you up with so-called "screened" contractors from a pool of unaccountable transient workers.
