+ -1 moreKen did a superb of tuning our 43 year old Sohmer piano. It sounds wonderful. He uses a combination of electronic tuning and fine tuning by ear. He noticed that one of two base strings, for a note, was broken, but didn't feel it was crucial to replace it at this time. He was very professional, knowledgeable, cordial and honest. He called the next day to see if we were pleased with his work.

Description of Work: Piano Tuned and adjusted several keys that were a problem. One of them needed additional work and Ken did it at N/C to make certain it was to our satisfaction.

Description of Work: Piano hadn't been tuned in over two years. Ken made two visits - one for initial tuning and a second to re-tune after any changes. He said this was standard practice. Cost was $85 per visit.
