Description of Work: He came on two separate visits as my piano is older and was hardly played on before I bought it. The first visit was the initial tuning session and I was instructed to play on it for a week or two before having him come back the second time to check the tuning. He was professional and punctual. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a piano tuned. He can be trusted.

Description of Work: Ken is a very punctual and conscientious piano tuner.He calls the evening before the appt. and again while en-route for his ETA. His work is very tidy and he is considerate of your home. He explains all that is needed and why and will show you how the inner workings of a piano operate in relation to what is needed for your piano. My piano took more time and adjustments since it hadn't been used in several years. My keys were sticking and it was quite out of tune. Ken examines the piano and then provides a written estimate prior to working. He does not rush through the visit and gives you all the time you and your piano need, then finishes with a lovely piano song to check his work. I paid $75. for the tuning (Angie's deal)plus extra for the other service needed. This was a good find. I will certainly have Ken do my future tuning. I was quite pleased.

Description of Work: Mr. Coleman called me back the same day and was very easy to work with (very accommodating to my schedule). He showed up on time both days. It took 2 separate appointments to get the toning done (It hadn't been toned in years). He appeared to be very knowledgable and the piano sounds GREAT!! I will definitely use him for tuning again.

Description of Work: The piano that Mr. Coleman tuned had not been maintained for many years. As a result it took two visits to tune and then fine tune the piano. He was punctual both times and in spite of competition from three dogs, did an excellent job of taking care of some repairs and the tuning. Whenever I had questions, he patiently answered them without hesitancy or appearing to be annoyed.

Description of Work: Ken did a piano appraisal for me. I spoke to him on a Monday and he performed the appraisal the next day. I found him to be very honest. When I purchase a new piano he will perform my service.
