Dean came highly recommended and has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau. When I contacted Dean for an estimate, he responded promptly and left materials for me to review. He followed up quickly then provided an estimate. He was not ‘pushy’ in any way and allowed me time to review the estimate. I agreed on the work and Dean kept me informed as to when he would do the work. He came to my home before starting the work. I asked him if he would be supervising the job and he replied that he would be doing the work himself because he wanted to make sure it was done right. To me, that was a true testimonial to the pride he takes in his work and putting the customer first. Dean told me how long the job would take and kept me informed of his progress. He was at my house when he said he would be. He cleaned up each time before he left and did a fantastic job of cleaning up on the final day of work. Now, the workmanship was impeccable. Dean did everything he said he would and a little more. He painted a vent to match the shingles and did not charge extra. There were no hidden costs. I paid exactly what he quoted me. He made a phone call to another contractor for other work I need to have done without me having to ask. I felt comfortable with Dean working in and around my home. I trusted him and left my key one day in case he needed to get inside. He is very professional, personable and has great integrity. I would recommend Dean without reservation.

Everything went great!!! Dean provided with a quote and modified it with input from both of us. He arrived and left when it he said. He clean everything up daily.

The work was performed during the desired time period. The contractor and partner were highly professional. He began work each day at the stated time. He cleaned up the work site every evening. The quality of work appears to be excellent. He provided a workmanship warranty double the number of years that all other contractors offered. The contractor presented a detailed scope of work, including materials to be used and the quantity of each material. I was also impressed with the equipment that was used on the project. The vehicles were in excellent condition.

We were extremely pleased with Sacramento Contracting. After our initial email to them we received a return call the next morning from Dean and met with him a few days later for a bid on a new roof. We found Dean Sacramento to be timely in responding to emails, telephone calls and meeting with us. They were direct in answering any questions or concerns that we had. When it came time to replace our roof they respected our property as well as our pets. When the job was complete they cleaned up so well you never would have known they were even here. The outside of our home was left in good condition. When we were deciding on a contractor the things which mattered to us most were: timeliness, professionalism, "whether or not they were true to their word", if their equipment, yes-vehicles were well maintained, to us that also speaks of the character/compass of a firm. If they respect their own property they would respect ours. They exceeded our standards in all areas! Sacramento Contracting is the real thing folks! We would definitely hire them again!

It went great. Dean showed up the day he said he would in June to quote me. His quote was competitive and he seemed professional so I asked him to do the work. He started on the roof at the beginning of August, which I had no problem with. Once he started, Dean informed me of when problems arose, like replacing extra wood underneath the roof. He was communicative even by text message, which was convenient. He texted me pictures of the roof progress and problem areas, which I know is rare from my experience dealing with other contractors. He came when he said he would and even waited for us to return from vacation to get payment. They kept my yard, driveway and deck clean. I barely found any trace that someone had just put a new roof on my house.

The installation went well. Dean and one employee removed the old fascia, gutters, and downspouts and installed the new stuff in 2 days. They were very professional and were willing to work with me on things. There was an issue with one of the premanufactured miter corners for the gutter. The profile didn't match that of the rolled seamless gutter very well, resulting in a poor fit. Dean took the initiative to find a miter made by a different manufacturer that is a much better fit. He came back and fixed it a few days later and everything looks great. He was willing to work with me on the terms of the contract as well. All in all I am quite satisfied with the cost, product quality, and workmanship. I wouldn't hesitate to hire Sacramento Contracting again in the future.

If your willing to wait a while, Dean will do a great job and save you money. He is very busy, due to his quality of work and his price. He is in high demand. He did a great job on our roof, and I highly recommend him. Go somewhere else you'll pay more. Roof size was 21 square

It went very well and was quite challenging since the houses are close and I have plants and shrubs on three sides. Not a plant was harmed. The roof looks very good and sets off my hundred year old house. They did an excellent job cleaning everything up.

Dean and Neal did a outstanding job and the cleanest job site I have seen in a long time. They also went beyond what I expected with adding ridge vents where need that where not on origin roof. Would recommend with out hesitation.

Dean Sacremento did a professional job at a reasonable price. Dean and his brother Neil work as a team and came to work promptly every day and had professional gear/dump truck for waste. Dean used very good quality Owns Corning roof system materials - including a ridge vent system. Dean took care of all flanges etc. on the roof and also painted the chimney with rustoleum. The finished roof looks amazing. Dean also gives 10 year labor warranty. Overall very happy and would highly recommend Sacremento Contracting for any roof job. Dean also repaired my gutter which was bowing in the middle causing water to collect. The whole job was done in 3 days. They left the job site very clean after finishing work each day.

Dean did a thorough inspection of our roof before giving an estimate. They worked through the project systematically, doing a section at a time so the roof was never left unprotected. They were hard-working and professional. We had a lot of problems with our existing gutters and they solved all our problems. We had a great experience and would highly recommend them!

I called Dean at Sacramento for a roof inspection and we set an appointment. He was in our area a few days before our set appointment and ended up stopping and looking at the roof. When we spoke on the phone he said everything looked good and he was not going to charge me. He was very nice, professional, and I will definitely be calling him again in the future.

They did a great job! They were there when they said they would be. Took as long as they said the would. There were no surprise costs. The roof looks great. And they cleaned up completely.

These contractors responded quickly to my call of inquiry. Additionally, they were willing to spend their time on my minor job! When they came to work (a week after they were originally to come, a week that had a couple of rainy days), they actually called enroute to let me know when to expect them. And their professionalism continued uninterrupted during the job, which they did well. Moreover, I had them inspect the roof on a second house. Dean was honest; he told me that I didn't need new shingles now. I will surely call Sacramento when I do need new shingles.

Went exactly as they told us it would. Told us it would be 3 days and they got it done in 3 days. They were super professional and did an excellent job. Roof looks beautiful and I am extremely satisfied with the job and I am glad we chose Sacramento Contracting for our roof and will be using them in the future for any of my contracting needs.

They came right out to our home and sent us a quote quickly. Knowing that we needed to have our roof done right away, they started on the very next good weather day and got it done exactly when they said they would! The work area was neat and organized, and they were very friendly and professional at all times. The roof is beautiful, is made of high quality materials and has a great warranty.
