Was asked while on a call to look at our plumbing situation. Billed for full service call - the manager of our building sent them in, we did not request the services. When I questioned the cost and asked we we might have a sense of the work needed and cost of repair, was told that they would check the records and get back to me. No return call ever - no further information offered. Doesn't seem like an outfit I would want to work with in the future.
I left a message to give a last ditch warning that I would be posting about my experience. They don't seem to care.

They were a little expensive, about $75 an hour. They good though. Denny is a good person. I have never had any problems with them. They are reliable. They are nice people.
