We were very pleased with their service. They were prompt, professional and courteous. We called them late Wednesday and they were here right after lunch on Thursday. Would highly recommend.

He came last week to see what the problem was. He spent time with me explaining and looking inside the furnace with his camera. Wasn't good as we needed a new one. My parents are 80 and we're scared to use it after he found what he did. He and his wife bent over backwards to accommodate us and make sure that it was changed prior to me leaving. It took about four hours. They didn't mind me looking on and learning. They cleaned up after themselves perfect. You'd have never known they were there. I'd have them back any day of the week and I truly hope you go with them if you need any assistance. Very knowledgeable.

We've already used him twice. I'd give him A plus on everything. He did a wonderful job and a wonderful service. The price was good, everything. We like him so much. He had ordered the parts and it cost $50.00 and he charged $85.00 dollars to put it in and it works great and it does not hammer anymore. He only lives like 5 miles from us so that was a plus as well. I would recommend him to anyone. He's very polite, very professional and they called us back the same day that we called them. He was able to come out within a day or two. It's just excellent.

He does really good work.  Mostly, he has just done work on my furnace.  He does all of his own work.  He doesn't hire anybody to work with him.  You might have to wait a little bit.  When you call, you have to leave a message and he gets back to you.  It's always the same day so he can find out what the problem is and then can give you the day that he can come.  It's been a little bit difficult right now because of the flooding and he has really been backed up.  He is really good.  It's worth waiting for him.  He does really good work and he does it quickly.  He doesn't fool around.  He did great work for me, but I haven't had him for everything.  My father too was very pleased.
