MOVED ON TO OTHER PROJECT PRIOR TO COMPLETING OURS. DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. HE DID NOT FINISH WORK IN TIME HE INDICATED IN THE CONTRACT. HE STILL HAS NOT COMPLETED WORK.
