GJW Builder Inc

It did not go well.  From the beginning, there was disorganization and miscommunication as George would go back and forth about whether we were eligible for a discount.  Then the window installation was delayed by weeks, which George blamed on the manufacturer.  We should have run the other way and canceled the order, but we moved forward and finally had the two windows installed.  Given our bad experiences with GJW, we went with a different company when it came time to replace the remaining windows in our home.  Without getting off topic, the price and quality was dramatically better from the other local company.  Now, less than 4 years later, we are experiencing serious drafts from both windows installed by GJW, and one window does not close all the way.  We've tried to contact them several times, only to be told that "the owner will get back to you when he has time."  Weeks later, it seems that George still doesn't have time.
