This man is truly amazing. He worked with us until the problem was fixed. He was diligent and patient and understood our desperateness towards this situation. He did a fantastic job and after all the trips back to our home, the price was unbelievable. He could have charged us for each trip, but he charged us one price for the whole thing. We have never dealt with anyone like this. He was truly professional in every way. We did find out though that he only accepted cash. We found ourselves in an awkward situation when we offered to pay him with a check and he wouldn't accept. He then drove my husband to an ATM so that he could get paid. We would use this company again in the future.

We called for an estimate and Tom was professional. He talked us through the differences in heater and A/C systems and helped us choose a heater that was efficient, central air ready, and cheaper (suggested we go with Amana, a non-name brand but just as good as the name brand heaters). They have a financing deal where it's no money down and no interest for 6 months! It was really easy and we were approved that night! Tom and his father fit us in within a week. They removed our old heater and duct work (and even got rid of a little extra debris in the basement that we needed to get rid of). They also gave us two new vents for the first floor for free because they saw ours were in shambles! They finished ahead of schedule, the work only took one day from 10:45-5:00! I would highly recommend them!

So they put in a heater and removed the old one. They also replaced the chimney and this was all done with in days. This happened on a Tuesday and they were done by Thursday. They called me a head of time before they came out. A guy showed up within a day. The other companies it would take a week to even get someone out but they did it right away. The number one thing for me was that they did everything with speed. They had to cut out the old one because the house structure had changed. They did not even charge me any extra for this work. They did dispose of the old heater.
