Description of Work: Annual gas burner maintenance was done as part of a service contract. Serviceman arrived in a spotless marked van, wore a spotless uniform with the company name on it. He was 5 minutes early, polite, friendly and got right to work. He found no problems and was done in short order. When setting up the appointment, AAA sent an email asking for dates that would work for us and replied with the date they'd be here. They made a great impression. We'll see how things go if we ever need repair service. They'll be back in the spring for the A/C service. I understand why their reviews are so outstanding.

Description of Work: Emergency work on AC that went out during recent heat wave. Really great to have company you can depend on.

Description of Work: The contractor installed a heat pump and air handler. So far, it's worked great and my electric bill has gone down considerably when compared to the same billing period last year (kW per degree or something like that). Getting the old air handler out and the new one could only be done by one person due to space restrictions. Usually they use two which cuts down the time it takes to install. Regardless, the work was done well, even though it took a little longer. The two man crew were polite, kept the carpets clean and efficient. I will definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We called to schedule a preventative maintenance check-up of our hot water boiler (heater) and to purchase a service contract. The phone representative explained the contract options clearly and scheduled the call for the following week. The service technician was on time, courteous and performed the necessary work. He, too, explained the contract inclusions, as well as the work he did, before leaving. We have used AAA Brothers in the past, recommended them to friends and will continue to use them in the future. We are very pleased with their work, personnel and prices.

Description of Work: Replaced the flooding water heater. They took my call in the morning but could not commit in the morning. Their estimate was after lunch and showed up at approximately 3:00 pm. I thought it was gas heater but it turned out to be electrical. They sent a truck to the shop to pick up a replacement and finished off the work. I am satisfied with the work performed and they were as prompt as possible because they already had a full scheduled day. Prior to reaching out to AAA, I did call a few others but they could not take care of my problem until the next day. THis company took it on for the same day.

Description of Work: Needed AC repair. Came out promptly and replaced parts to get unit operational. Within a couple of weeks the unit had problems again. They came out a second time to correct the issue free of charge.
