AAA Brothers' salesperson (Igor) was very knowledgeable and customer needs oriented. He was always available to answer my questions, and he did so in a courteous and professional manner. The company's phone representatives (Jane and Christina) were also very helpful and very professional. The installation team worked throughout the day with very little disruption to the household. Most importantly, the team led by Dimitri was competent and courteous. In brief, the whole experience with AAA Brothers was very positive. I woud definitely use the company again.

All contacts with AAA Bros were professional and customer service oriented. They responded within 24 hours of my inquiry, and provided an estimate that day. Installation was arranged for the following week. A Terrific Experience!!!!!

So far it has worked out well. They were very punctual and the prices were very good.

I first used AAA Brothers as a result of their rating on Angie's List. The first time I used their services, they were fantastic, and they were fantastic on this service call. My air conditioning system failed late in the day, during a hot spell, and I called AAA Brothers immediately. They informed me that they were booked for the next day, but would do their best. They kept their word and had a serviceman here before the end of the day. He was totally professional. The problem was identified, repaired and the area cleaned in short order. Thank you for introducing me to this company. They are a real pleasure to deal with.

As per our directions, pulled into the alley where our unit is located, saving us time. He took apart the AC unit. We have an older unit, and wanted some of the fins repaired, since they were scraped and bent back. He could not perform the repair, he told us, since it is so old there is a good chance it could cause a leak if he tried. Definitely respect that advice. He cleaned the AC unit with compressed air. Then, he fixed the leaky patch on our duct and did a fabulous, solid job. I gave a B for punctuality because they were running several hours behind but happily, called multiple times to update us on their whereabouts and to give us an ETA. Excellent job, will hire again.

I called AAA Brothers on a day where it was about 95 degrees out. My A/C system had gone about a week before and I had received two quotes for new systems. One was a Carrier system for almost $9,000 and another a Lennox System for $8,400. After seeing AAA Bros advertised in a local mailer, I called them to come out and give me a quote on a new system. Their estimator met me at my house withing an hour of calling them. At first, I thought it was a little odd that they could have someone at my house so quickly on such a hot day! After looking at my system, I had them quote me a price on the same exact specs as the Lennox System that I had gotten another quote for. They quoted me $6,500. I thought this was a too good to be true price and something seemed a little fishy, so I decided to join Angie's list to check them out. After looking them up on Angie's list, I lucked out and there was a coupon for $150 off a new HVAC system purchase. I called them up and asked if it was good on the quote they provided me and they said yes. After reading the reviews where all but one were good, I decided to go with them. They provided the me the quote on a Thursday, and scheduled me for installation on Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning, they showed up on time and installed the system. I took the day off of work to supervise them and they did a great job. They were careful with my new equipment and sealed things up properly as they installed them. We've had about 3 heat waves since installation of the system, and I have not had any problems. I'm happy with the unit and it's installation, and would recomend AAA Brothers for HVAC work!

the service was professional and thorough. The technition, Igor, clearly explained the problems he found and what he did to correct them.

Provided the lowest price right off the bat, did not play head games like the other dealers which started their quotes around 10,000 and started working their way down. I asked them whats the lowest and they did provide me a price near rock bottom . Did not over inflate quotes by saying they need to flush the lines to get freon out and all the other jazz your will hear in the quote. Did not treat you like you were stupid .Offered the UV light filament, as well as a huge filter. Got an home humidifier and a new thermostat that controls the humidifier. The unit has a variable speed unit inside and not outside. The only problem was it took a whole day to install the unit, and when it was all done and said the unit was found to be defective , so was left without heat for the night. Although frustrating , I did understand it was the unit that was defective and they were trying their best till midnight. On the plus side ,they did return early next day and got a new unit and did offer to compensate me for discomfort by lowering the quote further. Overall had positive experience with them, genuine people who work hard to earn your business for a fair price.

If you cannot keep an appt. Then obviously I can't trust you to do a good job if I did hire you. I would prefer someone who is professional enough to be honest at the first phone call, to reschedule rather than have me wait around only to have a no show.

AAA provided flawless service. We got 3 quotations for work that needed to be done on our recently purchased home. My husband and I were impressed with AAA because in addition to quoting on exactly what we asked for, the estimator from AAA explained how, for just a little more money, we could end up with a much more efficient and cost effective heating and air-conditioning system. Quick research showed that AAA has been getting great reviews so we moved forward with this contractor. We are DELIGHTED with our decision to go with AAA. All the work that was to be done was explained in detail. The gentleman who wrote the job specifications and provided the estimate arrived to ensure that the crew knew exactly where to place the new air conditioning unit. Each crew member took extreme care to keep the work area (and the rest of our house) clean. The job took longer than anticipated, but the crew worked cheerfully throughout the long day/evening to ensure that the job was completed to our satisfaction. Igor (the gentleman who gave us the estimate on the project) returned the day after the work was done to inspect the job! That was a first for us. Never before had a company returned the day after a job to make sure that everything was perfect. In short, we strongly recommend this company!

My central AC is not producing cold air. AAA responded quickly to my initial service call. The technician came and quickly identified the problem. He offered to re-charge the AC and added leak detection fluid to the system. He said he's fairly confident that there's a leak in the system but wanted to just re-charged the system for the time being and see how long the charge would last. I was charged $450 for the initial service which I thought was pretty expensive. My AC soon stopped working again because of the leak just like the tech said it would. Called AAA again and negotiated an estimate to replace the leaky coil for around $1300 because I have already paid them $450 on the initial call. Therefore the total to replace the coil was about $1750. Although the initial $450 service charge seemed a bit expensive, AAA came back a few time to re-charge my system for no charges until my scheduled date to replace the coil. Therefore I am very happy about their service and would recommend them to everyone.

My furnace stopped working today. I called my home warranty and they called AAA Bros. the men from AAA Bros came the same day we contacted them which was great. They figured out the problem was the control board in the furnace and they replaced it with a new one.

On the Saturday before AAA Bros. replaced the equipment, our air conditioner failed. We called Sunday morning for service, and the returned our call the same day. A technician came out Sunday and inspected the problem. We had a 15 year old furnace and A/C system, and he showed, along with the problem with our system, other points of potential failure. With the tax incentives and rebates from our local utility, replacing the unit seemed like a good option. The price (which we compared with other vendors) was good, as well. They came out the day after we made the decision to replace our HVAC unit. They completed the work in the time they promised, for the price they promised. The workmanship was really excellent. On top of that, they provided a checklist for best practices to maintain the system and what to do to apply for the tax incentives and local utility rebates.

The experience with them was fantastic. They were really good. I got along with them. We had a problem with the installation. The AC coil froze, but they had a new coil installed by 5:00 the following day, and we haven't had a problem with it since.
