Jeff was the exterminator that came. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. He answered every question we had and told us exactly what he was going to do. The company also followed up with us to make sure no further pest problems.

Team showed up on time the day of treatment. One went about drilling the concrete floor in garage and front porch while the other began injecting the termiticide along the house perimeter. They ran a little short of chemical and had to return to base to get some more. Everything was completed in under four hours, including patching of holes in concrete.

Everything was great about them. They are close to my neighborhood. I called other ones and they wanted a contract. This company doesn't make you get a contract, you just pay for their service they give you. It worked, everything they did worked.

Work was performed professionally. The guaranteed the work and came back for a second chemical application upon our request at no extra cost.

Started out well making appointment, very courteous and flexible scheduling.  Technician arrived on time, very knowledgable and efficient.  Wasn't shy about getting dirty to get to the nest down in the crawlspace.

Once my review of this company posted, the owner called and left a curt voicemail acknowledging the review and advising me that she would 'take it under consideration for the future.' Hopefully her not-so-veiled threat pertains to the future of her business as she has no future with me. My only recommendation is that you save yourself the aggravation (and money) and secure the services of a reliable provider you can depend on.

What a great company!!! Came on time, inspected my attic for carpenter ants...which I didn't have. Very professional, inspected the outside of my home as well.
No charge for the visit...I will be using this company in the future...highly recommend

Fantastic communication, punctual for all appointment and service, would not to anyone else for this type of service.

The exterminators all put fear in the hearts of all our pests. Seriously though, we used to have all kinds of creepy crawly things. Since our semi annual treatment we have not seen any. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.

I live in a very wooded area. I called Father and Son to get an estimate for the treatment of carpenter ants and mice. When I called I got their voice mail. I left a message and within minutes my call was returned. I really appreciated that because the other A rated exterminator I called for an estimate didn't return my call. I scheduled an appointment for 9AM on Saturday, August 31st. Unfortunately there must have been a miscommunication in the office. Brian, the exterminator, didn't show up at my door until 10:30 and he apologized for coming early. He was told to come at 11AM. Once we got that straightened out he went to work.
I gave Brian a tour of my home and showed him where my previous exterminator had left bait and sprayed. He explained everything he was going to use and went over the products he planned to use. Since I have a problem with mice he put bait boxes inside and outside my house. I really liked that . My previous exterminator didn't do that. He thoroughly sprayed around the outside of my home for the carpenter ants. He found a tree at the edge of my driveway with a nest of ants and sprayed that too. Then he sprayed around the back of my yard. I was very pleased with his work. Brian was very professional. He will be back in three months to treat my home again. The price he charged was very reasonable for everything he did. I am very glad I called this family owned and operated business.

I used Father and Son many years ago and they successfully treated a termite problem. So, I decided to call them again for my current problem. I happened to notice what looked like a cockroach on my kitchen floor early one morning. I had never seen a cockroach in the 35 years that I lived here. I was very concerned and trapped it for evidence. I called Father and Son to arrange an appointment to assess my problem. The appointment was arranged for the next day. The Technician arrived on time. I explained to him my problem and he was very knowlegeable but, just to be sure wanted to take the evidence back to his office to make a positive ID.
Later the same day I received a call from the Father and Son office to report their findings. The technician I spoke to said that this bug was a Pennsylvania Wood Cockroach. She said that this cockroach is an outdoor species, which can only rarely survive indoors. Outdoors they are usually found under the loose bark of dead trees, in treeholes, and in woodpiles. So the bug I found in my house managed to get in but should be an isolated incident. I was very happy to hear the news.
I asked her how much I owed them and she said nothing. That it was her pleasure to solve the problem so easily.
Today it is very hard to find a company that wil treat the customer with this level of honesty. This is a family owned business that serves their community well!

Before moving in our new house, we had a deep cleaning done and the
cleaning company mentioned that they found quite a lot of unwanted bug
and advised us to have a pest control treatment done asap. They gave me
the contact information for Father and Son Exterminating Co Inc, and
after a phone call or 2, they were there the next day to treat the
entire house (it was actually on a sunday!). I really appreciated the
fact that they took into account that it needed to be done before the
movers would come the next dayand gt; Great company, great people (both
father and son). I strongly recommend.

Each time I call the receptionist is extremely helpful and makes every effort to get someone out as quickly as possible. In my own experience someone usually comes out the same day. (even if I call towards the end of the day!)
The guys are all extremely knowledgeable and nice. They show up on time and are very accommodating.
I never feel overcharged. In fact at times I feel they try very hard NOT to charge me for things.

My experience with them was excellent. They are extremely thorough. They were great and very responsive. I couldn't ask for better service. We thought it they gave a fair price. We have used them in the past and we trust them now, so were finished pricing around.
