Bob responded during the middle of a snow storm when plumbing in our basement began to leak. We also asked him to fix an issue that we were having with our sump pump. We found his service to be prompt and responsive. We highly recommend him.

They were very good actually. They've been great and their charges depend on what services are being provided. I went with them in the beginning because of their ratings on Angie's List.

Entire process went very well. Provider coordinated the removal of old unit with a another provider and proceeded to install the new oil furnace. Provider even laid concrete in basement when the old unit that was installed into the foundation was removed. I found the estimate and final cost to be fair if not less expensive then most competitors.

They were close to use and they were on Angie's List. I had them out because someone has given us an estimate of a $4,000 job and they came in a $2 thing that could be fixed so they saved us $4,000 so we love them now and they're going to do everything for us forever. They do great. Everything is fine. I love them. They are sweet. They're your stereotypical plumber. They are cordial on the phone. They are prompt. They come from far away and they come early, never late.

The service rate is a lot but it was worth it. They charge me $1500 and ndash; the water heater itself like I found it for $1100 but they charge me $1500 for the labor and everything but they were in and out of here in two hours. They also let me pay off because I didn't have the money to pay them right away. I was in the hospital so I was unable to give their second payment. They're very laid-back and I think they go from person to person and judge you by what you present yourself. I think if they think you're reliable they are going to give you a break and help you out. I'm sure they jack up the price because they seen my house and I'm on a fixed income but I bought my house with money from my settlement and so they seen the house and the $ signs and then afterwards I was like well can't really pay that right away can we work something out and they say sure. I said well how much do you need and it's like you tell whatever you tell me I just take and as long as you make payments and try that's fine but it was like I said it was he made quite a bit $400 on labor.

Water stopped working in our rental house, Bob and his team were terrific. I called and within 2 hours Bob was able to have a team come over and diagnose the issue. They were very professional and did a great job explaining exactly what the issue was, They gave us a very fast and competitively priced quote. They arrived at the house early this morning and got right to work. They contacted my husband a few times to let him know exactly where they were in the process and called him when it was completed. They were very pesonable and professional. I would highly recommend All Things Plumbing to anyone looking for plumbing services. A++ in my book.

All Things Plumbing representative arrived ahead of schedule. They checked on the serial number and found that this water heater was still under warranty, thus enabling free replacement and subsequent water testing. In and out in under an hour, plus marked the breaker box. OUTSTANDING SERVICE ++++++++++++++++

I liked just about everything that they did. They are very courteous, clean and considerate. I didn’t like that they didn’t inform me about when they were going to be here. They didn’t show up when they said they will. Their price was pretty competitive. They were friendly and they did respond to my requests.

The owner came out to give me an estimate. I thought the job was fairly large but they didn't make the job as big and got it done without charging me more. They saved me money. They were very nice.
