Mike was professional and prompt. He explained my options and didn't pressure us into making a decision immediately. Once we made the decision to replace the whole unit he was able to do so within two weeks. He called to confirm his arrival time the day before and showed up right on time. The work area was left clean and he explained everything about the new unit to me. It is refreshing to see that great customer service and quality workmanship still exist!

We have a 3-sided gas fireplace that was an original fixture in a 15-year old home. It had stopped working to the point that even the pilot would not light. The job scope was to repair the fireplace to working condition.
I called 3 service providers and received return calls from two. Shawn of Highpoint won my confidence during the phone call and I set up the visit for about 6 days later. Everything he said he'd be able to do was done quickly, easily, and professionally. We had time to talk about other things not even related to his business. It's clear this is a well-trained guy who likes what he does. My fireplace was working as well as it did the first day we were in the house. He even fixed and cleaned the wall switch and remote control (which was not even a part of the original scope). He cleaned up after himself, assembled everything properly and charged us the low-end of his estimate. He is now our guy from here on with anything related to our fireplaces, and he also does hot-water installs and repairs. I'm going to call on him for that as well. Excellent service, excellent person...
