One example is when I didn't have heat, RRM came in and serviced my furnance. They looked and found out was wrong. They made the calls for me to get the part and overseen the project as they brought in a boilermaker to finish the task. It was great to not have to call around. They handle the job from beginning to end even it involves bringing in someone else.

They are courteous, polite, neat and clean. They're not the best at being on time but they do a good job. Their service costs range from $25 lawn mowing to $200 drywall.
