They were reliable and did what they said that they would do. The price was comparable to other companies and I have always been pleased with their work. They will come back if there is any problem with their work, no questions asked. I can always get ahold of them and count on them to show up. They even came out on a Saturday to help me out.

RDN was assigned to us through our home repair insurance policy (we bought our house a few months ago). We called on a Monday and the plumber was scheduled for Thursday morning which I thought was a long delay given that we our having trouble with our water heater. The first plumber changed a part but did not fix the problem. The second plumber came Friday afternoon. He made a change to how our hot water flows in our house in order to get the hot water to work again but could not find the root cause of the problem. I will probably call for a third time to see if they can find the root cause. Overall, the company was very professional and the plumbers were polite. I will give them another try.

Overall very good job. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival, were polite, knowledgeable and courteous. We have used RDN Plumbing several times in the last five years and have always been satisfied.

This plumber was referred to me by American Home Warranty (another company to avoid like the plague). When I made the appointment I was given a range of time between 12 and 3. I explained several times that I had to leave promptly at 2:30 to pick up my daughter from school. I was assured - after he rechecked the schedule - that the plumber would arrive close to twelve. At 1:30 no one had arrived and I knew that an hour likely would not be enough to fix the problem. I called to reschedule and instead was yelled at, told that they had declined an emergency repair, etc. I told him I'd call the insurance company to request another company and he hung up on me. When I called to complain to the insurance company and request a new plumber AHS called RDN. RDN claimed they told me the plumber was on his way and that I just canceled. This is total nonsense as I was never told anything of the kind. I can't comment on their actual plumbing capacity but their customer "service" is an oxymoron. I'm going to pay for my own plumber - and never renew the AHS home warranty. I'd rather pay out of pocket than use this company.

Fine. Not really any story to tell

I have used this company for over fifteen years because you can depend on them, even on weekends. They always leave the area where they work clean. They come to your house ready to work, with the parts in the van.

The work was wonderful. They also put back everything when they were finished. They repaired the floor and you could not even tell they had been there. I am happy with them and have not had any problems with their work.

I've been a customer of RDN for approx 4 years. I called the office to let Bob know I needed a gas control valve based on info I received from a another company's rep who came to my house. I provided Bob with the complete story regarding why another company had been there and how the gas control valve was under warranty. Once it was agreed that I did in fact need a gas control valve. Bob from RDN refused to replace the valve under my warranty with GE even though GE would ship the same exact valve to me and I could then give the part to RDN. Basically, Bob stated either I was to have them replace the valve at a cost of $256.00 or not. I had difficulty talking to Bob directly but when I did he was rude and told me he didn't have time for me. Bob stated that his guy had been at my house for an hour and he wasn't making a dime. However, the only reason why Joe had been at my house for so long was because Bob required him to replace the thermocouple, which I didn't need.

The first plumber fixed it and it was fine for 4 days, then it began leaking worse than before, both spraying in the air and under the sink. We had the plumber come out again, and asked that he do whatever was necessary to fix it. It appeared to be fixed once again, and then less than a week later, the same issue occurred. At this point we were feed up and got another plumber who fixed it completely and successfully. RDN refuses to give us any credit for it's repeated unsuccessful repairs.

The job went in two stages. The first stage replaced the line up through the house trap. The concrete job is uneven around the garage door, so there is a gap b/t the door and floor to let in cold air. They ran equipment into our garage door frame and tried to cover it w/ putty. We repainted it and it looks okay. They turfed our lawn which my husband also fixed. Their bid for the second half of the driveway was confusing/misleading. We thought it included re-concreting similar to the first bid, it did not. Now we have a foot-wide strip of gravel in our driveway. 3 weeks after the project, the gravel ''settled'' and left a huge gaping hole under the driveway near the house trap. 1 week after that our sewer line backed up again. To their credit, they came out and re-graveled to fill in the hole, snaked the line, and promptly returned my phone calls.

HE ONLY REMOVED WHAT WAS NEEDED TO ACCESS OUR PLUMBING. HE TOOK THE TIME AND DID NOT MAKE A MESS AND HE DID CLEAN UP WHAT MESS WAS MADE. HE WAS VERY PROFSSIONAL AND PATIENT WITH THE QUESTIONS I HAD.
