QUALITY CONSTRUCTION

Poor quality.  Had contractor back 4 times from 9/2012 to 7/2013 to fix problems.  Roof leak near chimney needing 5 squares of shingles to fix and another contractor needed to do the work as Quality construction only applied a gallon of tar to fix the leaks. Roof leak on back of house needing 4 squares of shingles to fix this work was done by Quality construction since he agreed there was an issue. Problems with how gutters were attached to the home.  Quality construction came out to address the issue after several phone calls expressing that the gutters were not working. Quality construction was contracted to install continuous ridge vent on home and garage.  Quality needed to return after job was completed to install garage ridge vent as they only install a 3 foot section the first time around.  After we discovered the issue they returned to "fix" the problem. Quality said ridge vent on house was correct, we needed to hire another contractor to come in and fix the ridge vent since it was not completely cut out on the home. During the ridge vent fix we were told that there was no ice and water shield on the home as was contracted through Quality construction. We had the second contractor install new ice & water shield on home. We contacted Quality construction and we were told that the contractor had all the receipts that show what he purchased for the job.  Even though this contractor guarantees his work we know that a guarantee is only as good as the contractor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS CONTRACTOR TO ANYONE!
