We do not do roof repairs under $1000. We don't do siding repairs under $500. We don’t do repairs just because the client wants to fix it cheaper for 100-200 dollars, but if you count all the costs for the material and for the work of the guys who will come and fix it, it turns out that the repair costs 500-1000. And sometimes it’s easier to remove and install new material than to repair it and the price won’t be much more expensive.
