All when we’ll! They came on time, stayed on the job until it was done and cleaned up when they were done. Doug is a perfectionist to details a true Professional. It was a pleasure working with him!!!! I would recommend him to any heating or air conditioning job needed in your home.

How did it go? Hahah. Man this is the second time we used him. The first time his presence was what did it to me then it was his work. I can't even find the words to express how happy I am with his work. He installed a Bosch 2.0 and I can't even tell that the unit is on. I had various estimates and statement of works presented to me from various contractors before contacting Comfort Master for the installation of a brand new ducted central air conditioning system. Doug, owner and CEO, came to the house (on time I may add) and not only provided the best pricing, but additionally gave the best consultation, advice and guarantee in regards to the type of system required for my needs. I went ahead and decided to work with Comfort Master and have never looked back. Doug and his team were highly professional, conscientious courteous, prompt and absolutely knew exactly what they were ,doing. The experience of the working team was obvious as they meticulously performed the work and completed the job ahead of the estimated scheduled time. My wife and I were also extremely impressed on how clean the job was. Nothing damaged in terms of wall or other as well as being impressively clean when completed. Doug was also always sure to make sure any options for placement or other important decisions that would affect the job outcome was discussed beforehand. The end result? The system works flawlessly and exactly as described by Doug. I have owned this home for 31 years now and have used various contractors through out this period. I can say without hesitation, this was the most proficient and qualified team that I have had the experience in working with. It went great. Doug & his employees worked diligently. Before the job was done, Doug reviewed everything with us, walked us through how to do things, what we needed to know. Not just telling us, but visually showing us. I asked a ton of questions & Doug has been there every step of the way helping me. I would definitely recommend them to family & friends.

Never showed and did not call to cancel. My husband had to take a day off from work to be here. Had appointment for 9:30 and when my husband called at 10:00, to see when Doug would be here, he was told he couldn't make it and needed to make another appoitment. No thanks!

Doug at Comfort Master is extremely knowledgeable for all things HVAC. He quickly diagnosed my air handler problem, was able to temp fix the failing system long enough to get me by for a month or two until we were able to replace the whole system. He got me the best possible price on the new unit, his team expertly installed it, they were very professional, knowledgable, and did the job right. They're gonna be my go-to from now on for anything HVAC or plumbing. Comfort Master has my highest recommendation!

Top to bottom this was a great customer experience working with Comfort Master to install air conditioning for my whole house. Doug and Chris came out for the initial consultation. I initially only imagined a mini-split system (5 indoor wall units and 1 outside condenser), but after seeing the house and the attic they both quickly imagined a ducted system and that became a much more viable solution install-wise and cost-wise. Doug was very responsive and helpful with email communication (my preference). Doug and Chris came back for the followup visit to make final measurements and discuss remaining installation details. They spec'd out a great system, Carrier brand. For the sake of due diligence I did consult another company for a second opinion and design-wise both companies were in line but Comfort Master was much more sensible cost-wise and better to work with. The installation went as well as could be expected. Note: during this ongoing Coronavirus period they navigated that landscape professionally with their whole team wearing masks when needed. Installation was smooth even with me, my wife, and two young children needing to be around the whole time. Over the expected 2.5 days they installed the outdoor condenser, air handler and flex ducts in the attic, dedicated electrical line from the circuit breaker panel, 9 vents throughout the house, and a digital thermostat. Great quality equipment and parts, professional team, good communication and managing of expectations. Very well done overall. Highly recommended.

It went perfectly. Doug and his crew are friendly and professional. They arrived on time and had the whole job done in about 4 1/2 hours. The new equipment is working as promised. I would definitely hire them again.
