Adams plumbing is, in my opinion, the best. I have used them for years and have never had a complaint. When you call them, you know who you will be getting. Doug, the owner, or Chris, his right hand man are great. They know what they are doing, they are friendly and knowledgeable. I really cannot say enough about these boys. Nothing they have ever fixed for me in all the years I have used them, has gone bad. We built our house 22 years ago and the plumber that was used in the build was bad. We had a great builder, but a bad sub. Anything that has broken, leaked or failed in this house has been plumber related and Adams has been there for me to take care of it all. They are my best buddies!

He looked over our broken pipes and said that he would provide an estimate. We never received the estimate. Overall, he was good at given his analysis.

Very professional and knowledgeable plumber. He installed the water filter line and fixed the sink in a few hours. When I called for service, they came by the very next day to do the work.

We called Adams Plumbing around dinner time on Tuesday night (4/2/13). Doug (the owner) and Jean promptly came out less than an hour later to have a look at the problem. After inspecting the system in the basement and trying a few quick fixes (breaker, control box, etc...) they concluded that the problem was most likely with the well pump and that they'd have to pull it the next day. Doug and Vern returned Wednesday morning (4/3/13) to pull the well pump. Before doing so Doug tried a number of hypothesis just to ensure that we'd only be pulling the well pump as a last resort. After pulling the pump Doug and Vern checked all components of the system to isolate the problem. They determined it was the pump, and took it to the plubming supply store to do a final check. Doug and Vern returned not much later with a new pump and promptly installed it with all new pipe, wiring and fittings. After installing pump, we still had lower water pressure. So, Doug checked the pressure tank and found that the pressure was almost nothing. He attempted to repressurize the tank in the hopes we could get a little more time out of it, but the tank almost immediately audibly starting losing pressure, which was confirmed by the pressure gauge. So, Doug and Vern returned to the plumbing supply store to purchase us a new tank. Doug returned a little bit later to finish installing the tank and new fittings. Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the service. We went from no water to an entirely new pump system in about 24 hours. The entire time Doug and his team were very friendly, professional, answered any questions that I had, and took the time to explain the problems and solutions.

He knew exactly what we wanted and he was experienced in doing that. He was very professional and explained everything to us. He was thorough. We were very satisfied with that.

They are on my frequent call list. They are always on time. They clean up after themselves. Anytime I've had problems, if something is not working, they come out that day. They come out as soon as they can, take care of everything, and I think that their rates are very reasonable. I think there are only 2 people there and they are phenomenal. They are very professional, very clean cut and I totally trust them to be in my house if I am not here.

The service was very prompt too. I will absolutely use ADAMS again.

Already did that but here goes again Toilet had its day and was now celebrating its 30th birthday by leaking onto the floor and whimsically running when it felt like it, despite my many amateur attempts to prolong its life. Called Adams on a Monday after obtaining name from Angies, set appointment for Wednesday and the guy was there at exactly the time promised, to the minute. He was in and out in under an hour and replaced the toilet guts and feed line. New toilet feels so good now, it wants to go out dancing tonight

He was only here about ten minutes so only charged us $50. The leak was a loose screw so he said he was not going to charge us the full price. He was professional and professionally dressed. The office staff was very nice. He came when he said he would and he was very nice.

Extremely well. Doug wery professional and pleasant work with. I have no problems recommending Adam's Plumbing to anyone.

Received estimate. Very professional. Several questions remained. Sent two emails, e.g. model # to be installed. No response. Called informing office that we had not received any response on the first email. As of this writing, still no response.

Doug arrived at the approxment time following his previous job. He got to work right away. He explained everything to me as far as what had to be done. One hour later, the mess I had previously made under my sink was fixed and looked brand new. He was very clean, wiped his feet every time he entered my home. Gave me a senior discount and I didn't have to be subjected to any plumber's crack. I will continue to use Adam's for all my plumbing needs. Thanks, Doug!!

He was FANTASTIC. I wish there was away to give someone an A+ because he certainly deserved it. They are now my FOREVER PLUMBER!!!!

Adams Plumbing were responsive, like when we put the inquiry out they got back to us right away. Early bird caught the worm I guess. They were good to work with. The guy was young and personable. They did good work the first time.

Adams Plumbing has done all of our plumbing work since we have moved into our home two years ago. Their office staff is very polite and professional. They come out immediately and several times it has been on the same day that I called. They are always neat and tidy cleaning up after themselves. Doug and Chris are awesome and very personable. They have repaired seals in sinks and valves and faucets for the shower as well as outdoor faucet work.

Came out the day after I called. This was not an emergency so I was not in a rush. Asked questions on my initial call to narrow down the problem. Chas came out and corrected my problem promptly and professionally. Great response, service and price. Will call them again if needed or recommend to others in need of a plumber.

was given estimate by owner. by hours spent, he lost on his hours but only billed me for the estimated price as he could see all needed to see when he bid it.

I woke up to no running water. Called Adams Plumbing and spoke to Stephanie, who said their company was an hour away!, but she would call me back. Within a few moments she called and stated someone would be out to help. Doug was here an hour later. Explained and demonstrated the problems, gave me an estimate, and completed all the work the same day! This company is professional, friendly, and courteous, and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Doug and Stephanie for a job well done!

We have used them for years. They did an absolutely awesome job. The workers were friendly and competent. They fixed everything without being able to notice that anything was even done.

It had to be redone three times. They sent an associate twice and it did not work. The owner came and fixed and did not charge me. He is a local guy and we are in a small town so word travels. I have used him for other plumbing work and have never had any problems before this.

Completely satisfied. Will call them with any future plumbing needs.

Excellent-came out the same day I called and did a nice job on the bypass water valve in basement and waterline to icemaker. When above and beyond what was required by removing an old water heater sitting unused in basement.

He came promptly which is rare in this area and relaced the pump within an hour and this included him going to purchase the new pump.

I own a rental property (townhouse) about an hour from our primary residence. The renter contacted us to report that they were not getting any hot water. Adams Plumbing visited the property and determined the pilot light was out for our Water Heater. They re-lit the pilot light and confirmed the water heater was working properly. Unfortunately, later that day the renter called to report that the water heater was no longer producing hot water. Adams went right back out there and determined the gas supply line (or something like that) in the water heater pilot light assembly was clogged, so over time the gas supply (for just the pilot light) would get blocked, causing the pilot light to go out. The next time the water heater needed to do its thing, it could not ignite the pilot light. The supply line was cleaned up, and the unit was tested successfully. The tenant reported a day later that all was working as it should.

Mr. Adams took a set of architectual plans and said he would get back to us with an estimate. After an email and a conversation with the office manager, we were told that she would email an estimate--this was the Friday of Memorial Day weekend. We never received an estimate or any follow up.
