Absolute worst customer service from Angel. She was yelling at me when I called to ask why my dog did not get a vaccine. Read the other reviews - you will see Angel as anger management issues and should never be the face to the customer or even talk to any customer. Had my pet's records from the prior vet emailed to them 5 times and they still claimed they never received them. When I took my dog to get a vaccine, they did not know what vaccines to give her, even though I had verbally told them. Angle argued with me for 10 minutes, cutting me off, never taking accountability. I asked to speak to the owner, she would not let me. She was incredibly rude. Too bad, because Dr. Morgan is a good vet.

I have been using Wallenpaupack Veterinary clinic for approximately 4 years (since I moved to the area.) The first visit, unfortunately ended in me having to put my beloved 16 year old dog to sleep after Dr. Morgan diagnosed her with kidney failure. Dr. Morgan and her staff were extremely compassionate and accommodating to all of my needs. A short time later, I got a puppy and started bringing him to Dr. Morgan for all of his medical care ( vaccinations, neutering, upset tummy, etc) Over the course of the past 2 years, my dog has seen Dr. Morgan and Dr. Andy. In my opinion, both vets are very competent and thorough. The receptionists and vet techs are always very helpful and very pleasant to deal with. I've never had an issue with booking an appointment and was even fit in last-minute when my dog injured his leg, and on a separate occasion, was suffering from acute pancreatitis. Their prices are reasonable and the vets have never suggested any unnecessary tests or treatments. I am very satisfied with the medical care my dog receives. A+

Great service, great care, and reasonable price. I did call around to a few other veterinarians to get opinions and quotes from. All of the other veterinarians that I spoke with had the same evaluation, but were priced higher.

The price was reasonable. They are very accommodating, very nice and very thorough. They are good. I chose them after looking online and reading other people's reviews.
