Except for the scheduling problem, Reynolds was good to work with. They had to postpone one appointment and was supposed to be here at 8am for the next appt. He came at 8:50 & said he thought the appt was for 9am. Once he got to the project he gave us an estimate for the work, came back within a 1/2 hour w/the parts and fixed everything quickly. He then looked at our bathroom which needs remodeled. He gave us ideas on how to save the tile (and money by not gutting it). Still waiting for a formal estimate on the remodel.
