They were exactly on time. They worked fast and hard and expertly with a large team. They were absolutely excellent. They cleaned up very thoroughly. The price was very competitive. We would hire Matt Fox and his company anytime.

Matt was extremely responsive and got back to me via email very quickly.  Whenever I had a question, he provided a quick answer.  Within a week of contacting Matt, he had the work in our home completed!  Which is amazing, as I was still getting return calls from other contractors after the work was already done.
Matt even took the time to come out in advance of the job to provide me with an estimate for the work.  After the work was completed, he came in right on that number in completing the job in the exact amount of time he estimated.
The painters on his crew showed up on time and were very careful and attentive and applied 2 coats to ensure a great finish.  The finished product looks great as they did an excellent job and we are very happy with the work.
We will definitely use Fox Painting in the future for various painting projects we have. 

While our contractor did an excellent job with our kitchen remodel as a result of some drywall damage due to a leak, we did not realize until he was almost finished with the job that we would be responsible for getting our kitchen ceiling re-painted because he replaced our old lighting with new recessed lights. The issue was that we would need a painter in less than a week?s time!
Anyway, we saw that Fox Painting had an Angie?s List deal, and so we contacted them on a Saturday afternoon through their website. I was pleasantly surprised to have received a response within a couple of hours from Matt, and we arranged through e-mail for him to come to our house on Monday to provide us with an estimate.
He promptly came on Monday at the appointed time, scoped out what needed to be done, and later agreed to be at our house on Friday to do the work.
Matt and his crew came on Friday morning, even after the eight inch snowstorm that we had the day before. Matt even made the extra effort to purchase the paint that we needed, since we were not sure about whether the color we needed would be available. He and his crew followed through on what he said they would do, and we are pleased with the quality of the work.
We appreciated his responsiveness throughout the process, from the initial inquiry on Saturday to a responding to an e-mail to confirm that he could do the work in the relatively short time period that we were working with six days later. We also appreciated his candor in terms of what could be done and how it was likely to turn out.
It is highly probable that we will have additional painting needs in the future, and we would not hesitate to call Matt again to perform more work in our home. He is laid back and personable, and he was easy to work with.

He was amazing and I liked the fact he was very responsive to my call. He always showed up when he said he would and when he came to give me an estimate he brought a book with referral letters and pictures of his job which he showed to me without me having to ask him. He was so clean; he did all the work himself and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased and I don’t know what he charged but out of the three estimates I got he was right in the middle and was worth every penny of it.

This was a hard job, as my house has many big windows that required a lot of scraping. Matt and his helper worked for 8 days, mostly on ladders. They did meticulous work and cleaned up carefully each day. The house looks great now.
