They told me it had a 3 year guarantee. In less than one year there is a large area that looks like a mis weave of some sort. I called him and he came out to look at the issue, he said he would come out with a manufacturer representative. He never came back so after waiting I called and now he says he will not come out. He said I waited too long, but it has been less than a year in a 3 year warranty.
