Our highly trained drivers work quickly and efficently to get your vehicle transported. We specialize in collision towing, but we can handle and light or medium duty tow jobs.

I called the service to set up tow to the garage and spoke with Mike. He told me to call him at 7:00 am on the day I wanted the tow. When I called, Mike answer the phone and told me that he would be at my place with in an hour with a flatbed truck to pick up my car. If you have ever dealt with AAA roadside assistance, you can only imagine my amazement when Mike showed up at my door before the hour was up, ready to take the car. He was efficient, professional, courteous, and, most important of all, on time.
From now on, whenever I need a tow and I don't have half a day to waste waiting for the service, I will be sure to call Bob and Joe's and ask for Mike. Great service, very reasonably priced, and an amazingly good experience.

Very fast, very polite, very helpful. A flat tire late at night is not fun, and they made it as easy as possible. Their dispatcher kept in touch with me to let me know when their guy was coming. Said 20 minutes and it was 10. Took it to my auto repair place without me having to come along with instructions to place envelope with explanation and key in their mail slot. (Called repair place first thing in the morning and the B and J driver had done exactly that.) I tipped the guy who seems genuinely surprised and appreciative. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I called for roadside assistance and towing because my car won't start. I am located 9 miles from their office, and even though their website says they will help people anywhere within 100 miles, they told me I am too far away and hung up on me.

He came right away to tow my car ( within 20 minutes). He ended up fixing my car on the spot by resetting the alarm on my car remote. I didn't need to have it towed to the repair shop. I highly recommend this place.
